چکیده
A three-year experiment was conducted to determine the influence of ripening, variety and production year (2017-2019) on seed fruit quality eggplant. The 1000 weight, germination capacity, total protein oil content seeds as well sugar fruits were determined in three ripeness phases across years. All examined varieties exhibited significant differences weight during which varied from 1.44 4.42 g. Seeds extracted that reached commercial did not germinate.
